Corrects the year 2005 as 2006 in the Ntf No.71/2006- Customs
In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 and sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.71/2006- Customs (NT.), dated the 23rd June, 2006, S.O.942(E), dated the 23rd June, 2006, namely:-
In the said notification, for the figures "2005" the figures "2006" shall be substituted.
