8.79 The application for issue of Gold /Platinum/Silver Replenishment Licence may be made to the licensing authority concerned as given in Appendix-29 in the form given in Appendix-15A alongwith documents prescribed therein and in accordance with the procedure given in Paragraphs 8.2 to 8.8 of this Handbook. However, the applicant is required to furnish proof of exports in terms of paragraph 8.36.
