Further Bulk Licence
8.26 The Bulk licencee, may apply for issuance of further Bulk licence even before the expiry of the previous Bulk licence provided he submits the proof to the licensing authority of supplying rough diamonds to the extent of 75% of the value of the previous Bulk licence.
