- All proposals for FDI/NRI/OCB investment in EHTP/STP units are eligible for approvals under Automatic Route subject to parameters listed in para 2.8. All proposals not covered under Automatic Route the applicant should seek seperate approval of the FIPB as per the procedure contained in Para 8.2 above.
