10.3
In respect of supply of goods to EOU/ EPZ/SEZ/ EHTP / STP in terms of paragraphs 10.2(b) of the Policy, the supplier shall be entitled to the benefits listed in paragraph 10.3 (a), (b) and (c) of the Policy.
(Para 10.3 has been amended vide PN. No. 34(RE-01), Dt.31/8/2001.)
