2. In the Appendix 36 annexed to the above Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I), 2004-2009, the NB under the heading Import Certificate to be accompanied with end-use cum end-user certificate (to be filled when the import is by a third party) may be treated to have been deleted.
3. This issues in the public interest.
