In terms of Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No.DRI/AZU/INQ-51/2013 dated 04.09.2013 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad in the case of M/s Kolorjet Chemical Pvt.
