Reference to Finance Bill, 1999 omitted from Notifs. 21-22/99-CE(NT)
Amendment in Ntf. No. 21/99-CE(NT), and 22/99-CE(NT), dt. 28/02/1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 57A of the Central Excise Rules, 1994, the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do,hereby directs that each of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministryof Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed,shall be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of thesaid Table.
