Rescinds Ntf No. 11/97-Cus Dated 1-3-1997
CUS NTF 30/98-CUS DATED 2-6-1998
G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notification of theGovernment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 11/97-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1997.
