DEPB - Validity till last day of the month
In the said notification, in condition (iv) in the proviso, for the words "Provided that", the words "Provided further that" shall be substituted, and before that proviso as so amended, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-

"Provided that where that expiry of the Duty Entitlement Pass Book falls before the last
day of the month, the Duty Entitlement Pass Book shall be deemed to be valid till the last day
of the said month:",
