Mannitol Busulphan Preparations -- No Basic Duty of Customs

Customs Notification No.67/1999 dated 26th May, 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 20/99-Customs, dated the 28th February 1999, namely:-

In the said notification, in List 2, for item (112), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(112) Mannitol Busulphan preparation.""
