Advance Licence - Exemption from CVD - Ports of Imports & Exports & DEEC (AU) - Ports of imports & exports
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed in the manner specified in column (3) of the said Table.

| 1. | 148/95-Customsdated 19.9.1995 | In each of the notification, for conditions (iv), the following condition shall be substituted,
