Anti-Dumping Duty On 3,4,5 Trimethoxy Benzaldehyde Exported From China PR
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), (5) and (6) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), read with rule 23 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), dated the 29th April, 1999, namely:-
In the said notification, after first paragraph, the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-
"2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 19th day of September, 2000, unless the time limit is extended or the notification is revoked before such time, by notification published in the Official Gazette."
