G.S.R. (E) In Exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi, to be-
- The Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Indira Gandhi Airport, New Delhi,
- The Commissioner of Customs, Jawahar Custom House, Nhava Seva, and
- the Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar Airport, Mumbai;
for the purpose of adjudication of the combined show cause notice issued to M/s. Oriflame (India) Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Silver Oak Labs. Pvt. Ltd. vide DRI F. No. 50D/71/97-CI. dated the 27th February, 2001 issued by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, D Block, Indraprastha Bhawan, I.P. Estate, New Delhi-110002
