Seeks to amend notification Nos. 52/2001-CE (NT) dated 29.6.2001, 54/2001-CE (NT) dated 29.6.2001 and 6/2002-CE (NT), dated 1.3.2002 in the specified manner.

G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 11 of the CENVAT Credit Rules, 2002, the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below, shall be amended or further amended, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely:-
