Appointment of the Commissioner of Customs
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Pune to act as Commissioner of Customs (Export Promotion), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai- 400 038, Commissioner of Customs, Jawahar Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Post Uran, District- Raigarh, Maharashtra- 400 707, Commissioner of Customs (Imports), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai- 400 038 or, as the case may be, Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex Sahar, Andheri (E), Mumbai- 400 099, for the purpose of adjudicating the matter relating to Show Cause Notices issued to M/s. Hoganas India Limited, Pune and Others as specified in column (2) of the Table below by the authority referred to in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table respectively, namely :-
