G.S.r. (E)- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the earstwhile Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 21/2002-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2002, namely:-
In the said notification,7
(1) in the Table,-
- (a) against S. No. 114, in column (3), after entry (t), the following entry shall be inserted, namely,-

(b) against Sr. No. 167A, in column (3), after entry (j), the following entry shall be inserted, namely,

| "(k) Polishes, creams and shoe finishes in any form;"; |
(c) against S. No. 168, in column (2), for the Heading "52", the Headings "43, 52," shall be substituted.
