Amendmend Notification Regarding in Burma, Nepal, Bhutan etc. goods exported to - Ban on Drawback of duty
S.O.2936 (E).In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 76 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.208/1977-Customs, dated the 1st October,1977,published in the Gazette of India,Extraordinary, Part II Section 3,Sub-section (i),vide number G.S.R. 1318, dated 1st October, 1977,namely.
In the said notification,in paragraph 2,in clause (c),in item (ii), for the words “Jaigaon or Morehâ€,the words “Jaigaon, Moreh or Nepalgunj Road†shall be substituted.
