], for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Adani Exports Limited, Adani house, Navarangpura, Ahmedabad and Others, issued vide F.No. DRI/AZU/INV-14/98-PT.IV dated, the 20th March, 2003, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai.
