Amendments in the Ntf. No. 21/2002-Cus., Dt. 01/03/2002 so as to reduce the basic customs duty on set-top Box The exemption in respect of Set-top Boxes shall be valid only upto 31st July 2003
Amendments in the Ntf. No. 21/2002-Cus., Dt. 01/03/2002 so as to reduce the basic customs duty on set-top Box and to exempt the said goods from additional duty of customs (CVD). The exemption in respect of Set-top Boxes shall be valid only upto 31st July 2003
In the said notification,-
(i) in the opening paragraph in the proviso, after clause (b), the following shall be inserted, namely:-
(c) the goods specified against serial No. 316A of the said Table on or after the 1st day of August, 2003.
(ii) in the Table,-
(a) after S.No. 267 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
