Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority
S.O. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub- section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Nhava Sheva-II), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Tal, Uran Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra to act as common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties in respect of adjudication of the show cause notices specified in column (3) of the table below issued by the Commissioner of Customs or Principal Commissioner of Customs specified in column (4) in case of parties specified in column (2) of the said Table, respectively, namely:-
