Appointment Shri Sandeep Mohan Bhatnagar as the Director General (Safeguard) for the purposes of the Customs Tariff (Identification and Assessment of Safeguard Duty) Rules, 1997
G.S.R.- (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Customs Tariff (Identification and Assessment of Safeguard Duty) Rules, 1997 and in supersession of notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 91/2015 - Customs (N.T.), dated the 7th September, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number G.S.R. 681 (E), dated the 7th September, 2015, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Sandeep Mohan Bhatnagar as the Director General (Safeguard) for the purposes of the said rules.
