Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority

S.O.(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Hyderabad-IV Commissionerate, Hyderabad, to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on the following adjudicating authorities in column 3 in respect of Show Cause Notices against their names in column 2,-
