Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority
S.O.(E).– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board ofExcise and Customs hereby appoints the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad to act as a Common AdjudicatingAuthority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
(i) the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Kandla;
(ii) the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Mundra;
(iii) the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad,
for the purpose of adjudicating the m atters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Leo Timber (P) Ltd., Khasra No.50/16, Assam Timber Market, Nangloi, Delhi- 110041 and others issued, vide F.No.VIII/26/35/2013-DRI VIC dated the 13th June, 2014 by the Deputy Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Regional Unit, Hyderabad.
