Amendments in the Ntf. No.12/97-Cus (NT) dt.02/04/1997 (New Customs Station at Dadri, Greater Noida)
G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.12/97-CUSTOMS (N.T.), dated the 2nd April, 1997, namely :-

In the Table to the said notification, against serial number 12 relating to the State of Uttar Pradesh, after entry (viii) in column (3) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in column (4), the following shall be inserted, namely :-

(ix) Dadri, Greater Noida	Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods .
