Jamshedpur Approved as a Port for Import/Export Goods
G.S.R. (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/97- Customs (N.T.), dated the 2nd April, 1997, namely:-
In the Table to the said notification, after S. No. 5 occurring in column (1) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely:-
