Amendments in the Ntf No.62/94-Cus(NT),date 21st November, 1994. Ranpar Port - Unloading of Methanol and LSH Stock Permitted
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 62/94-Customs(NT), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely: -
2. In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 8 relating to the State of Maharshtra, against item (4) relating to Ranpar, in column (4), in item (a), after sub-item (v), the following shall be inserted, namely, :-
-
"(vi) Methanol ,
(vii) Low Sulphur Heavy Stock .".
