Amendment in the notification regarding CBEC notifies Dhamra in Orissa as port for import/export goods
S. O--. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 62/1994-Customs (N. T.) dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-
In the said notification in the TABLE, against serial number 9 relating to the State of Orissa, in columns 3 and 4, for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

| "(4) Dhamra | Unloading of all types of coal and limestone and loading of Iron ore and concentrates of all types." |
