Appoints the Commissioner of Customs for adjudication
CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION No.28/2000(NT)Dated 27-4-2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962(52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, (ICD), Tughlakabad, New Delhi to be the Commissioner of Custo(Import), New Customs House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai for the purpose of adjudicating the Show Cause Notice pertaining to M / s. Rajesh Enterprises and M/s. Surya Enterprises, 607, Ratan Jyoti Building, Rajander Place, New Delhi issued vide DRI.F. No. 50D/60/97-Cl., dated the 3rd March, 2000 by the additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi.
