Amendments in the Cus Ntf No.63/94 (NT) date 21/11/1994 LAND CUSTOMS STATIONS AND ROUTES
S.O. (E)-In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 0f 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No.63/94-CUSTOMS (NT), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 5, relating to Myanmar, for the entries appearing in columns (3) and (4), against item number (1), the following shall be substituted, namely :-
