Amendments in Ntf. No. 111/2003-CUS.(N.T.), DT. 19/12/2003 (Filing of Import Manifest before arrival of the vessel or aircraft -reg)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 30 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 111/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T) dated the 19th December , 2003, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (i) vide G.S.R 956(E) dated the 19th December, 2003, namely:-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and word 18th February, 2004 , the figures, letters and words 1st day of May, 2004 shall be substituted.
