Customs airports — Appointment for specified purposes
S.O. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue number S.O. 828 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994 No. 61/94 – (N.T.) Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994), namely:-
2. In the Table to the said notification, against serial No. 8, in column (3) against item (b) relating to Airport “Mangalore”, for the entry under column (4), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
