Accessories for Textiles, Garments, etc. List of Items enhanced for Nil Customs Duty

G.S.R. (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 21/2002-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2002, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table against Sr. No. 167A, in column (3), after entry (k), the following entries shall be inserted, namely,-

(1)	(2)	(3)	(4)	(5)	(6)
		"(l) Lining, interlining and reinforcement materials; (m) Insoles or mid-soles and sheets therefore; (n) Shanks and Welts; (o) Top Caps and Toe puffs and counters or Thermoplastic sheets; (p) Synthetic or poly ; (q) packaging boxes of all types for unit packing; (r) Ribs"
