Extention to SEZ regulations and exemptions
G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (6) of the section 3 of the Customs Tariff Act,1975 (51of 1975), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), vide No.113/2003-CUSTOMS, dated the 22nd July, 2003, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R 572 (E), dated the 22nd July, 2003, namely: -
In the said notification, in the paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words 15th day of October, 2003, the figures, letters and words 1st day of December, 2003 shall be substituted.
