EPCG Scheme Duty Exemption Export Obligation Fulfilment Conditions

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.55/2003-Customs, dated the 1st April, 2003, namely :-

In the said notification, in the Explanation, in clause (4), in the proviso to sub-clause (i),

(i) in item (d), for the words "Import Policy", the words "Import Policy; or" shall be substituted;

(ii) after item (d), the following shall be inserted namely; -

(e) export of other goods manufactured by the importer;
