Notif. No. 16/2000-Cus - Condition No. 79 on Exemptions Omitted
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest to do so, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.16/2000-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2000, namely:-
In the said notification, in the ANNEXURE, against Condition No.79, the condition shall be omitted.
