Amendment in the Ntf No.115/2003-Cus., dt. 22nd July, 2003 (Extension of implementation of SEZ benefits)
G.S.R.671 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act,1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), vide No. 115/2003-CUSTOMS, dated the 22nd July, 2003, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R.574 (E), dated the 22nd July, 2003, namely :-
In the said notification, in the paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words 15th day of August, 2003 , the figures, letters and words 15th day of October, 2003 shall be substituted.
