Feed Grade of L.Lysine - 15% Customs Duty
G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 16/2000-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2000, namely :-
In the said notification, in the Table, against S. No. 72, for the entries in column (3), the following shall be substituted, namely: -
- "Feed grade of -
- L Lysine,
- L Lysine mono Hydrochloride,
- DL Methionine, and
- Methionine Hydroxy Analog"
- Note :
- The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide notification No. 16/2000-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2000 [G.S.R. 168 (E), dated the 1st March, 2000] and was last amended vide notification No. 126/2000-Customes, dated the 29th September, 2000[G.S.R. 776 (E), dated the 29the September, 2000].
