Amendments in the Cus Ntf. No. 61/94 (NT) dt.21/11/1994 (Pune airports - amendments for specified purposes)
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of subsection (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue number S.O. 828(E), dated 21st November, 1994 (No.61/94-(N.T.) CUSTOMS, dated the 21st November, 1994), namely:-
In the Table to the said notification, against serial No. 11, in column (3) against item (b), for the entries under column 4, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
