2.35.4
The import licence/certificate/permission granted under paragraphs 2.35.1 and 2.35.2 shall not be transferable. However, transferability of such licence/ certificate/ permission granted to hotels/restaurants/ travel agents/ tour operators may be allowed within their respective groups.
