Agencies/Funds notified by the Government of India, Deptt.of Economic Affairs vide their Public Notice No. 1(FT)/DEA dated 23.6.94 read with public notice no. 5(FT)/DEA dated 13th Nov, 1995 as amended by public notice no. 2(FT)/DEA /99 dated 14th October, 99 and public notice no. 3 FT)/DEA dated 17.10.94 for the purpose of Deemed Export benefits :-

1. International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and the International Development Association (IDA).
