Export Obligation Period for Specified Inputs.

| 1) | Spices (a) Import of Spices for Value Addition purpose like crushing/grinding/sterlisation or for manufacture of oils and oleoresins of pepper; cardamom and chillies and not for simple cleaning, grading, repacking etc. | 120 days from the date of clearance of first consignment by Customs Authority. However, for imports completed up to 31.12.2008, Export Obligation Period (EOP) shall be 150 days from the date of clearance. |
