Transitional Arrangement for Transferability
7.27 The licences issued upto 31.3.2000 and / or the material imported against such licences, which are otherwise eligible for transferability, shall be governed by the provisions contained in paragraph 7.27 of the Handbook (Vol.1) (RE-99).
