Export of finished goods from the job workers premises may be permitted provided such premises are registered with the Central Excise authorities. Where the job worker is SEZ/EOU/EHTP/STP/BTP unit, no such excise registration is required and export may be effected either from the job workers premises or from the premises of the unit. Export of such products from the job workers premises shall not be allowed through third parties as provided in the Policy.
