The performance of EOU units shall be monitored by the Units Approval Committee as per the guidelines given in Appendix14-IG. Performance of EHTP / STP / BTP shall be monitored by Ministry of Information & Technology / Deptt. of Biotechnology jointly with the jurisdictional Central Excise / Customs Authority.
