Restricted Items Required By Hotels, Restaurants, Travel Agents, Tour Operators And Other Specified
The import licences granted under paragraphs
5.20 and
5.21 shall not be
transferable.
However, transferability of such licences granted to Hotels / Restaurants /
Travel agents / Tour operators may be allowed within their respective
groups.
