Clubbing of EPCG Authorisations
5.18.6
No clubbing would be permitted in the case of expired EPCG Authorisations. In case any specific (as against general extensions under Para 5.11) export obligation extension has been given for any EPCG Authorisation, the same Authorisation cannot be considered for clubbing.
