Duplicate Copies of Export-Import Licence / Certificate / Authorisation / Permissions / CCPs
Where an Authorization is lost or misplaced, an application for issue of a duplicate may be made along with an affidavit, as given in Appendix-24, to issuing RA.
RA concerned may, on merits to be recorded, issue a duplicate after issuing an order for cancellation of original and informing customs authority where original was registered.
