- All proposals which do not meet any or all of the parameters for automatic approval need to be considered and approved by the Government. All proposals falling under paragraph 2.8 for FDI in E0Us and units located in EPZ/FTZ need to obtain Government approval. [For procedure to obtain Government approval, refer to para 10.2, 10.3, 10.6, and 10.7].
