Export Against Advance Licence
4A.11
Such licences shall carry an export obligation which will be required to be fulfilled in accordance with the procedure specified in paragraph 4A of the Handbook (Vol.I).
The Advance Licence holder may obtain gold/silver/ platinum from the nominated agencies in lieu of direct import in accordance with the procedure specified in this behalf.
